1 When your order will be send out after payment done?
If you ordered keys in stock,We can ship the goods on the day of payment .
If some keys out of stock,we need 3-7 days to prepare your order.
2 How long time can we get package ?
We have below shipping methods available.
DHL: 3-7 days (worldwide delivery)
Fedex:3-7 days (worldwide delivery)
UPS: 3-7 days (worldwide delivery)
Special Europe Line: about 12 working days
3 If i am not satisfied with the shipping fee,how could i do for it?
Shipping cost will be show on our website after your order submit. If you are not satisfied with the shipping cost,please contact our salesmanager. Maybe they will give you a satisfactory solution.
4 If customs clearance is a hard question for us in our Country,Can you help me?
Yes,usually we have some export experience,we can help you find the best solution to help you get package,and easy do customs clearance.
