Typographical Errors
In the event that a MYremotekey product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price,MYremotekey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MYremotekey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,MYremotekey shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MYremotekey without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

How To Return An Item
If you need to return a product, please contact our sales consultant first. There is a 24-hour chat window on the website. Click to leave a message, and our sales consultant will reply within 24 hours by email.We will issue a refund within three to seven days of receipt of the item if it meets our refund policy.

• All sales are final unless you are a Professional Locksmith not an individual customer
• Must be in its original packing with MYremotekey abel.
• Return must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless noted otherwise.
• Any product that has been used cannot be returned unless noted otherwise.
• Return must be approved before the item can be returned.
• Returns without an number may be refused/returned back to the shipper at their expense
• All returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee.
• All returns will receive a store credit to the customer MYremotekey account.
• NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
• If a returned item is found to be in a condition that cannot be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued.

Return Exceptions

• Brand New keys cannot be returned unless noted otherwise
• Lishi tool/locksmith tool cannot be returned unless noted otherwise
• Machines / Electronic devices/ Brand Name Locks must be approved through manufacturer or MYremotekey tech support

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your credit.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling from the original order.
Replacement
If the item is in a new condition and in the original package that it was received in,
you may exchange it for something equivalent to Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Missing Items
Any item which are missing from an order must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery. We cannot replace or compensate for missing items after the 48 hour period
